I once told my youngest he never cried because glitches was so bus with the older two, he figured “why bother?” But he and I were exceptionally close once the older ones went to school. He had me all to himself. I have some amsonia blue ice (not blue star), along with some Joe Pye and some bee balms I can donate next spring. Rudebeckia and some phlox too if you like. Just remind me because I can be a forgetful butthead
Oh my gosh, Heather, what a win!!!! For you, for the city as they "thaw and adapt" their perspective, and particularly for the people! Sometimes it takes a sacrifice, then a stand, to change the future. <3
Wonderful news! You truly have planted yourself there, more and more every day. You are part of the ecosystem. xoxo

Heather, congratulations on taking a step forward in expanding everyone’s ecosystem!
How bout combining it with a rain garden?
I didn't even know it was possible to get permission to grow in those "hell strips." Awesome news!
